It’s almost time to kiss this past year goodbye and to ring in a brand spanking new one! New year means lots of things to many people. To some, it’s a time to make new resolutions to break, and for others it’s a time where they can start fresh and forget about all the crap that’s been hounding them the previous year.

However, one thing will ALWAYS be true! With each new year, you need new calendars! What better Calander is there than Zombie pin-ups calendars? Sure, pin-ups are a dime a dozen, but undead ones? Not so common.

Gaming and TV watchin’?

I discovered a pretty damn keen program today called “PlayOn“! It’s easy to install, for the most part, and it will connect to your Xbox 360(or PS3 or Wii…or whatever your current generation of gaming system is) and allow you to watch Hulu on your TV through your gaming system. It will also stream YouTube, CBS, CNN, ESPN and your NetFlix view instantly video queue! Sound pretty cool right? Well, the program does cost, but there’s a free 14 day trial for you to check out to determine if this is your thing. Then, if you like it, just pay a small cost…less than the cost of a video game, and keep using it. That’s another good by the way, it’s one flat rate! It’s not subscription based like you might initially assume.

Now, some of the features are already made available through Xbox Live, such as the ability to watch your netflix view instantly queue. However many of the options are NOT available. So, it really is worth it. Definately something to check out at the very least.

Megan fox and Jolie comparison

Ok, so there’s this article on MSNBC talking about Megan Fox, and in his article the guy seems to imply that Angelina Jolie has talent, and that Megan Fox isn’t as Talented as Jolie.

Now, I will admit that I don’t know how much talent this Megan Fox chick has, because I have honestly not seen anything she’s been in. I did start to watch Transformers, but I fell asleep, because the movie was boring as hell. So, anway, I don’t know who the hell she is! What I do know however, is that “Angelina Jolie” does not have ANY talent as far as I am concerned. I firmly believe she is the most untalented actresses I have ever seen! I have also seen trouts that I thought were more talented than Jolie for christs sake, and I also think she is simply an attention whore. I believe that she is SO fixated on being in the medias eye, that she will do anything to stay in it.

So, I really don’t think Megan Fox could be any less talented than jolie. If she is, then thats just scary…In my opinion anyway.

Ok, now I know theres a lot of jolie fanboys having heart spasms as they read this blog entry shouting at there monitor “Leave Jolie alone!!!!!!” in a fasion not unlike Chris Crocker and his Britney break-down! To those who are majorly upset, I say to you this…Get over it. You’ll be alright in the morning. Not everyone in the world is going to like your idol. It’s a fact of life, and accepting that is a part of growing up.

Yahoo answers

Have you ever heard of Yahoo answers? Of course you have. It’s a great place to go in order to get advice, from people you don’t know, basically gauranteeing that the answers are unbiased. This is a good thing. However, Yahoo answers has other uses, namely to tick people off and for asking stupid questions…which is usually how i tend to use it. I have mentioned one of my questions before in the past, and now will tell you about another question i posted, just for shits and giggles and to see how people reacted.

The question was as follows…

what do i get a mistress for xmas? I want to get something nice, but doesnt attract notice from her husband,or my wife…any suggestions?

Now, obviously the question had no basis in reality, as I am a widower….HOWEVER, it still sounded like a good question. I got answers ranging from helpful, to just down right ANGRY. (In case anyone is wondering, purses, candy and gift certificates seems to be the best way to go according to the general answering peeps). However, the helpful answers aren’t what im focusing on. I am focusing on the angry or sarcastic answers…Such as:

you give her nothing……
you give yourself MORALS…..
SHE IS MARRIED….. THAT MEANS… HANDS OFF.
GIVE HER HER HUSBAND BACK.
and confess to your wife…. that you have been cheating on her.

A good angry answer! I liked it, i giggled a bit about it, but its still a good fricken answer!

Most of them seem to agree though, that I am a loser, of some sorts, or feel I should give her a divorce attorney:O

The most interesting answer I recieved however was as follows.

Shove it up the booty, that way when she gives him the poon later, he won’t have a stretched out, messy, coochie to deal with.

Fav show of the season?

One of my favorite TV shows this season is a returning series, and while I have enjoyed past seasons it never ranked as my “Favorite show of the season”. The show is called “Supernatural“, perhaps you have heard of it? It’s a show that can be found on the CW, and its always been a fantastic series. Although this season, has got to be the best season to date. It has twists and turns, you don’t know who’s good or bad..and quite frankly, anything can happen.

Another thing I love about Supernatural this season is the fact that it’s gotten a little more humor this year. Not to the point where it’s redonkulous, but where you get some nice laughs in appropriate places. One of the funniest moments this season was where Dean(Played by Jensen Ackles) lip synched “Eye of the Tiger” after the credits. You can view it here thanks to the power of youtube.

Making Showers fun!

This is quite simply the BEST shower curtain in the entire world! If the website that sold this wasn’t currently sold out, I would have this sucker ordered and waiting for it’s arrival. The website description is as follows…

They’ll think twice about using the bathroom, thanks to the bloody knife-wielding serial killer splashed across this vinyl shower curtain. What’ll really startle ‘em is the sound and motion-activated “Psycho” music clip, complete with screaming woman.

Obviously this is a tribute to the classic hitchcock film Psycho. Not a fan of hitchhock or horror? Then this prolly wouldn’t be your cup of tea…but I myself think its the bees knees!

Ages ago…or months ago, i cant even remember now, but it’s been awhile. I mentioned in a comment on this blog about the desire for secession of California. Someone had some interest in it, and asked for some links…I finally got off my lazy ass and got it up…OORAH!

You know what kinda bugs me? This is going to sound stupid, I promise…but it bugs me! I hate that people abbreviate “Downloadable Content” as DLC…It’s not called “Down Loadable Content”…But, hey…If people want to do things incorrectly fine…BUT! It really ticks me off when I spell it “DC” as it technically SHOULD be…I get ridiculed by people telling me how that’s wrong and acting like *I* am the idiot! Because I am abbreviating things properly…WTF??
